About: Royal Derby Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

My dad is on dylis and he has got problem with his tube. The first bad thing was the nurse he seen spoke to him rudely beucase he was late. then it took 1 hour for the doctro to see him. sent him to a x ray and the doctor said he can have the result stright away we waited 45 mintues in the corridoor nd no result were given to use so we had to leve.

What could be improved

The piatent should been seen or spoken to with in half an hour. Also result should be given with in an hour of the takeing.

Anything else?
